Refunds & Cancellation

01Free trial

Every new location gets a 14-day free trial with all features. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends, live alerts pause until you pick a plan; your settings and history stay put.

02Plans and renewal

• Yearly: CA$300 per location per year. Every 3 months: CA$100 per location every 3 months. Locations in the United States pay US$300 and US$100. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

03How to cancel

Open Subscription in your dashboard and choose Manage billing, then cancel. You can also email billing@kueues.com from the account owner's address.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

04Refunds

• Annual plan: if you ask within 14 days of a yearly charge (first purchase or renewal), we refund it in full and end the subscription.
• Everything else: charges are non-refundable and we do not give prorated refunds for unused time, including after cancellation or downgrades.
• Our mistakes: if we charged you in error, or a serious outage on our side made the Service unusable, contact us and we will make it right.
• Where local law gives you more rights, those rights apply.

05How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually post them within 5 to 10 business days.

06Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and we email the account owner. If it still fails after the retry period, live alerts pause until billing is updated. Nothing is deleted.
